5 simple habits to start your day positively and feel good.

The alarm goes off. Will you snooze three more times, or will you get up from bed immediately? The way you start your morning often sets the tone for the rest of the day. At Eclypse, we believe that a positive mindset isn't something you "get," but something you create.

1. Put your phone down for a while 📵

It's tempting to immediately check your social media or emails. Don't! Give your brain time to wake up without the outside world's stimuli. Those notifications won't disappear.

2. Dream Big, Start Small ✨

Set an intention for the day. What do you want to achieve today? It doesn't have to be a mountain to climb. As our favorite quote goes: Dream big, start small. Achieving even one small goal is already a sense of accomplishment.

3. Dress for how you want to feel 🦋
